At NOKWOL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn footwear and apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original NOKWOL box and secure them in a mailing bag to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
